goals & progress so far
become a physically healthy person
- ive a super slim physique. goal: reach 65kg weight.
- become strong too. goal: become able to do 50 proper pushups in one go.
- make body flexible(idk how to measure it yet)
become a social being
- be able to talk and socialize for long like 4 hours
- become good at conversations
- be a good listner but also a good talker(?) like a peoples person
- also change how people see me (right now probably a clown), no matter how much i make myself think other's opinion don't matter, but it do matter
productivity
- right now im not able to sit and study for >4 hours a day. so get that to 8.
- make schedule and follow it
my own mental strength
- im not able to just accept the way things are, the way people are
- tiny things are enough to make me sad, im not a snowflake but..
- so i want to fortify myself in this area too
